Digital products

Digital guides, templates, course materials, and downloads are for the purchaser's personal or internal business use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, republished, or used as a competing form library.

No legal advice

Purchasing a product does not create an attorney-client relationship. Legal advice and representation are available only through Washington Law Offices after conflict review and a signed engagement agreement.

Refunds

Because digital products can be accessed immediately after delivery, all sales should be treated as final unless a duplicate charge, technical delivery failure, or other approved exception applies.

Workshops

Workshop registration terms, replays, cancellations, substitutions, and transfer policies should be finalized before public launch.
